Attention all watchers...

I'm at a loss for what to do. Why? Because...

I REALLY DON'T LIKE MY OLD STYLE ARTWORK.

I mean, it's okay but my new style is much better. I also am trying to lose the 'fangirlishness' of my gallery. I am aware that TMOH did a similar thing to this a while ago and think I see what she meant.

I would feel cruel deleting things that people liked, yet at the same time I would like to be seen less as a 'mangaish' artist. Simply because I am no good at it XD. I should prob do some Discworld pics in my new style but I'm on a Wicked kick at the moment.

I thought I would ask people's opinions here first before I did anything major to my gallery.

So... What should I do? Scrap all my old work and only have the new style in my gallery? Delete them entirely? Leave things as they are?

Also, I'm sorry - but I really don't ship Susan/Teatime anymore. Sorry *Braces for angry fangirls*.

Don't delete the old work, please? I love your work (esp. the Susan/Teatime, which I will be sad to see go), and I like to flip through my favorite artists' galleries from time to time....

Aww thanks! I'm glad I'm a favorite :D I doubt I would delete it completely, but I feel a bit odd looking back on it now...

Don't delete your old stuff. I think you might benefit from posting more of your newer stuff and then when there's enough, make a folder for your old work.

I agree with ~Roruna--make a folder for the old stuff, and take it off your main gallery page. You might also add "OLD" in big ol' capital letters to the titles, just to make it clear that these don't represent your current stuff.

On the other hand, if there's any old art that you don't like for content reasons (fangirlishness, etc.) feel free to delete it--I know how embarassing that stuff can be.

If you don't like something just because of the style, though, DON'T delete it. Everyone gets better/different over time, and nobody's going to judge you just for having old art up. Once you get over the emotional, hating-all-my-old-stuff phase, it can even be pretty fun to see how much you've improved since then. :D

Lol, I'm glad I've never uploaded my really old stuff, that was just embarrassing! Okay, I think I'll keep it and the folder is a good idea.

Ug, fangirl phase - we must all experience it and grow into better people XD

Thanks for the advice dear, btw what do you think of my new style?

I'm sort of already doing that, but maybe should be more so. Thanks for the advice as always oh wise one. :D
